Bellah is based in Austin, but we take on Dallas and DFW projects by appointment. Most of the time, those are referrals — an Austin client who has a second home in Highland Park, an architect we've worked with on a Hill Country project who has a Southlake build coming up, or a Prosper homeowner who interviewed local integrators and wanted a different conversation.
The drive doesn't change the install quality. We schedule Dallas projects in concentrated blocks — a week or two of focused work on a single home — and we bring the same equipment, the same standards, and the same person from consultation through calibration. Most of our Dallas work is in the higher-end Highland Park, University Park, Southlake, and Prosper markets, where the home values support the investment and the homeowners want a one-person relationship from start to finish. We coordinate with local trades for anything that requires daily presence (cable pulls, drywall coordination), but the design, programming, and calibration are all done by Scott. For service after install, most of what we do is remotely accessible — we can diagnose and fix the majority of issues from Austin without scheduling a visit.
