Bellah has been wiring Westlake Hills homes since 2016. We've worked through teardowns, additions, and full new builds on Bee Caves Road and along the streets that climb into the hills. Most of these projects share the same arc: an architect designs the home, the builder roughs it in, and somewhere in that process the homeowner realizes the audio, video, and automation has to be planned now — not after move-in. That's where we come in. We coordinate with the architect, walk the framing with the builder, and pre-wire every zone for what the home will eventually need. The result is a home where the technology is invisible and the rooms feel calm.
