Lakeway homes have a specific character: water views, big windows, outdoor living that's used most of the year, and entertaining spaces that flow between inside and outside. Designing audio and cinema for these homes is a balance — the technology has to work in spaces where light, acoustics, and weather all matter.
We've installed in Lakeway homes ranging from waterfront properties along the shoreline to custom builds on the higher streets with full hill country exposure. The patterns are familiar: outdoor zones that need real weatherproof equipment (not just "outdoor-rated" marketing), media rooms that double as living rooms with daylight, primary suites with discrete in-ceiling audio. Every Lakeway project tends to involve outdoor AV — and outdoor AV in the Hill Country climate isn't a category where corners can be cut. We use IP-rated speakers, displays specified for full sun where needed, and we design wiring runs that survive the temperature swings. Inside the home, the same Control4 or Savant system that runs the media room also handles the outdoor entertaining zone, so the experience is consistent no matter where the family is.
